1）金属结构：检查金属结构的连接、裂纹、开裂、变形、断裂、腐蚀等异常现象。

2）门吊及小车运行机构：检查传动轴支座及轴、键、联轴器、齿轮箱体等是否松动，并加以紧固；检查调整制动器的制动间隙，要求接触好、灵敏可靠；检查行走轮转动情况。

4）润滑装置：对所有轴承、制动器铰点，运动件按规定润滑要求，加注适量符合质量的润滑剂；检查齿轮减速器的油位、油质，并按需添加或更换润滑油；检查各润滑点无漏油。
4) lubricating device: for all bearing, brake hinge point, moving parts according to the provisions of the lubrication requirements, in line with the quality of the filling amount oflubricant; check the gear reducer oil, oily, and according to the need to add or replace the lubricating oil; check all lubricating points without oil leakage.
5）电气及控制装置：检查控制屏，调换触头；检查、调整、更换电动机电刷；检查导电滑架有无松动，限位开关是否灵活、可 靠；检查保护装置是否齐全、紧固、可靠。
5) the electrical and control device: check the control panel, switch contact; inspection,adjustment, the replacement of the motor brush; check the conductive sliding frame with no loosening,limit switch is flexible, reliable; check the protection device is complete, reliable fastening.
6）清洁、整齐：清扫门吊的各个部位，要求无尘土、无油垢、无锈蚀；检查和补齐部位缺损件与螺钉并紧固，保持完整。
6) clean, neat: clean all parts of gantry crane, requirements of dust, no grease, no rust; check and complete parts defect parts and screws and fastening, intact.
